Cessna's twin daughters · "Sold My Crib"
TwinTC™ was born from these two little girls. As a single mom by choice raising twin daughters while running a brokerage, Cessna learned early that the only way to do it all was to build systems — systems that catch what tired eyes miss, systems that keep every detail in its place. Managing twins is transaction coordination: two of everything, nothing forgotten, no room for "I'll get to it later."
And that pen mark on her daughter's arm? Fitting. Long before AI, Cessna was correcting contracts with a pen in one hand and a toddler on her hip — reviewing thousands of California files across 27 years and 25 counties, from LA and San Francisco to Napa and Sonoma.
