Terms of Service
Effective
These Terms are the agreement between you and Cessna AI Solutions ("TwinTC™") covering your use of the TwinTC™ website, app, and audits. By using the service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Notice.
What TwinTC™ is
TwinTC™ is software that audits California real-estate transaction files with a licensed broker reviewing every audit. It is not a real-estate agent or brokerage, not a law firm, and does not provide legal, tax, or escrow advice. The licensee of record is always responsible for the file.
AI output
Parts of the service use AI. Output can contain errors — always review it against the source document before signing, sending, or acting on it.
Your account
Keep your credentials confidential. You're responsible for everything done under your account and for the accuracy of anything you upload or send.
Acceptable use
Don't use TwinTC™ to break the law, upload documents you don't have permission to share, reverse-engineer the service, or send spam. Don't misuse the TwinTC™ name or brand assets.
Your content & our IP
You keep ownership of what you upload and grant us a limited license to host and process it to run the service. We don't sell your documents or use them to train third-party AI. The TwinTC™ software, brand, and content remain ours.
No warranty · liability cap
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of fees you paid us in the prior 12 months or US$100. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Disputes & arbitration
Please try to resolve any dispute with us informally first (email cessna@cessnaaisolutions.com). Unresolved disputes are handled by individual binding arbitration (JAMS Streamlined Rules, San Francisco, CA) — no class actions. You can opt out within 30 days via our arbitration opt-out page. Small-claims and injunctive-relief actions are still allowed.
Governing law
California law governs these Terms. Venue for permitted court actions is Napa County, California.
Electronic acceptance
Using the service or clicking "I Agree" is a valid electronic signature under E-SIGN and UETA. Notices may be sent electronically.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes get flagged in-product or by email, and the effective date above will move forward.
