Arbitration Opt-Out

Section 9 of the TwinTC™ Terms of Service requires most disputes to be resolved through individual binding arbitration. You have the right to opt out of that arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days of first accepting the Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of the Terms and does not change your ability to use TwinTC™.

You can opt out in either of two ways:

1. Email a written notice to cessna@cessnaaisolutions.com including your full name, the email associated with your account, and a clear statement that you want to opt out of the arbitration agreement.
2. Use the form below — it delivers the same information.

Keep a copy of your submission confirmation for your records. Opt-out requests must be sent within the 30-day window to be effective.
