Privacy Notice
This notice is maintained by Cessna AI Solutions to explain how TwinTC™ handles information for California real estate professionals and the parties they represent. It reflects our obligations under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It is app-owned editable content, not an independent certification.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
TwinTC™ does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by California law. There is no opt-out to configure because we don't do either activity. If that ever changes, we will update this notice and provide a working "Do Not Sell or Share" link before any such use.
Categories of information we collect
Over the past 12 months we have collected the following categories:
- Identifiers — name, email address, DRE license number, brokerage name.
- Customer records — billing name and address, transaction records.
- Commercial information — audits purchased, subscription status.
- Internet or network activity — pages visited, timestamps, browser and device type, coarse geolocation from IP.
- Professional information — brokerage affiliation, license status, role (agent, broker, TC).
- Uploaded transaction documents you provide to be audited (which may include third parties' personal information the licensee has lawfully collected).
- Inferences drawn from the above to deliver audit results and workflow suggestions.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. TwinTC™ is a business tool for licensed real estate professionals.
How we use it
To deliver the audit, populate your deal room, route notices to the correct parties, schedule inspections, open escrow with your chosen partners, communicate with you about your account, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product.
We do not use uploaded transaction documents to train third-party AI models. AI-assisted review runs via server-side model calls with data-use terms that prohibit training on your content.
Sources and disclosures
Sources. Directly from you, generated by your use of the service, and from service providers (e.g. Stripe returns billing outcomes).
Disclosures for a business purpose. We disclose limited information to service providers who help us operate TwinTC™ (managed cloud hosting, database, storage, AI reasoning, payment processing, email delivery, product analytics). Each is bound by contract to use the information only to provide services to us.
Sales and sharing. None. See the notice above.
How we protect it
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with row-level access controls so only you, parties you invite, and your designated broker can read the records for your transactions. Sealed audits are immutable at the database layer. See our Security & Privacy trust page for the full technical breakdown.
Communications
We send transactional email related to your audits and deal-room activity (status, deadlines, party notices). Marketing email is optional and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Retention & deletion
Transaction records are retained while your account is active and for the period required to support your broker's record-keeping obligations under California real estate law (generally three years from the closing or listing date). Support and billing records are retained for the period required by tax and consumer-protection law. On deletion request we remove or de-identify personal information promptly, subject to those legal retention windows and any active dispute.
Your California privacy rights
California residents have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:
- Right to know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and (if applicable) sold or shared about you.
- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to data portability — receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing (not applicable — we do neither).
- Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the above.
How to submit a privacy request
To exercise any right above — including deletion — email us at cessna@cessnaaisolutions.com with the subject line CCPA/CPRA Request — TwinTC™. The link above pre-fills a request template.
Verification. Before we act on a request, we verify identity by matching the request against information already in your account (email on file, DRE number, and, when needed, a signed confirmation). Authorized agents must provide written authorization.
Timing. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days (extendable once by another 45 days with notice), as CCPA/CPRA requires.
Appeal. If we decline your request in whole or in part, you may reply to our response and request a review by Cessna Barrett directly.
