ReBillion adds people.
TwinTC™ adds a licensed broker's review.

Hiring help is one answer to compliance risk. The other is having every file read by a system built on California forms and signed off by a broker who has closed deals for 27 years.

Complimentary onboarding for your first audit. Reviewed by a licensed California broker.

ReBillion's model is staffing: virtual assistants and transaction coordinators who take back-office work off your plate. For high-volume teams that need hands, that model works, and we will happily say so.

The trade-off is consistency. An assistant's catch rate depends on who is assigned, how long they have been trained, and how busy that week is. Compliance failures are not evenly distributed — they hide in the one addendum nobody re-read.

TwinTC™ takes the opposite approach. Every file goes through the same audit: contract fields, signatures, initials, dates, CAR® form completeness, and county disclosure requirements. Then a licensed California broker reviews the findings and approves the audit. The output is a sealed record you can produce months later if anyone asks what was checked.

No headcount to manage, no ramp time, and the same standard on every transaction — with complimentary onboarding for your first audit.

Questions agents ask

How is TwinTC™ different from ReBillion?
ReBillion is largely a people-and-process play: virtual assistants and transaction coordinators supporting your back office. TwinTC™ is an audit system — AI reads every contract, addendum, and disclosure, and a licensed California broker reviews the findings before they reach you. You get the same standard of review on file number one and file number four hundred.
Do I still need a transaction coordinator if I use TwinTC™?
Not necessarily. Many solo agents use TwinTC™ per file and coordinate the rest themselves inside the Deal Room. If you want the coordination handled too, the White-Glove and Back-Office tiers cover it.
Is the review done by a human or by AI?
Both, in that order. The AI prepares the audit and flags every deficiency with the paragraph cited; a California licensed broker (DRE 01281555, licensed since 2000) reviews and approves it. AI preps, a human approves.
Why does California specialization matter?
CAR® forms, AVID, SPQ, TDS, and county-level disclosure requirements have specific failure modes. A generalist assistant pool trained on national workflows will not reliably catch a stale counter-offer date or a missing county form. That depth is the point of TwinTC™.
What does it cost to try?
Onboarding for your first audit is complimentary, and there is a self-serve path where you can create an account, submit one file, and get it back broker-reviewed without a sales call.

Bring a real file. We'll audit it live.

Fifteen minutes, one of your own contracts, and a licensed broker walking you through exactly what a second set of eyes catches.
